    I have a movie app which load web pages from my site but when user click to download something the app just say downloading but it neither show it on the download sub menu nor in the device folder.

    If I want to use google adsense then I should show ads on web module and should not enter the ID for admob in monetization.

    If i want to use admob then I should hide ads on web module and should enter the admbo ID in monetization.

    Yes and I have the same problem I have not yet raised the application on Google Play and there is a relationship between the display ads and (EU User Consent (GDPR)

    Sometimes ad modules take 24-48 hours to activate, along with using the proper api in the proper module. Playstore doesn't have any involvement in displaying ads. Double check your settings.

    I have made news app before & its work perfect tell now .. I just update to 3.1.44 Template
    Then the ads didn't shown any more & Checking my "analytics google Real-time tab" its show 0 user
    ( i am only one test the app .. testing before share it )

    @appyet look in the store play store an application before it was removed that came out see application permissions and write that and paste it in the privacy policy and I re-published the application I hope not to remove it again
