Icons issue--- please help

I have problem in the icons of the programs it does not appear I tried Upload images (PNG - JPEG - GIF), it did not work as is evident in the pictures

Uncheck "Mask and Tint Icon"

As @appyet said Uncheck "Mask and Tint Icon" or try to use transparent PNG images, it will look great.
