i try Several times every time I get the same error

Package name should be different for each application

Well this is different package name and i still get an error
and If there is a problem with the name the system was you to change the neme or package name but this is not the cause

I think I got the problem
I tried to create another application with a another app as templete and it works.
which leaves me with only one conclusion that there is something good with the original app so i look and i remebert thet i add custum settings in the app (Settings > User-defined settings UI String Resources)

There is something the i con do to try to fix it?
