How to avoid Stream/Download/Cancel menu (Podcast and Video)?

Is it possible to avoid the popup menu dialog which asks you to decide whether to stream or to download a video or podcast file and set Stream as standard action?

I don't want the users to be able to download the media/podcast files.
They just should be redirected to streaming player automatically...
