Error while uploading my app to google

I got this error

You uploaded an APK that is not signed with the upload certificate. You must use the same certificate. The upload certificate has fingerprint:

I had mis understand your question while I said yes.
I just create it new. first time for me to make app by appyet

No, it means your app on google play is not the same app as you are trying to upload. You need to make sure you upload exactly same app
