Hello,
I got mail from Google Play This is a notification that your application submission, MEVICER.com, for package ID com.mevicer.com, has been rejected.

REASON FOR REJECTION:Violation of the intellectual property and impersonation or deceptive behavior provisions of the Content Policy. Please refer to the IP infringement and impersonation policy help article for more information.

I have Uploaded Clear application, but I got reject, Appyet now have problem with Playstore? :/

are you kidding? I have upload clear app using only Sync, Themes and Settings. Which content?

It clearly says "Intellectual Property" and "impersonation or deceptive behavior", this mean you are creating an App with a content that is not yours and pretending to be this website/brand... this is what Google says.

Your problem can be easily fixed by verifying your website MEVICER.com on the google webmaster tools and connecting your webmaster tool with your google play developer console, then Create a new package name and try resubmitting.
