Unknown Thumbnail type Image!

I get a small Question mark icon (Older Devices) or a Blank Box (Latest Android Devices) whenever I am viewing an article offline!
The Question mark is displayed at the end of every post!
When I touch it, it displays the same Image that is displayed in the Article..
