If I want to upload my app to the Google Play Store , Do I have to pay the subscription?

What advantages gives subscribe?

No, you don't have to pay for submission in the play store, except of you want to sell your apps for money. For all the advantages go to your dashboard, click on the app and than click on the 'pro' tab.
