i have delete my app by wrong to fix it again

can u help me ?

i want to make new app with this Package Name: com.nokat.ucaabvuqvtqknroa

to upload it to google play

i have make new app with the same name but when i try to upload it to google play to update the old version its not work

and showing me this error

If I do that I can't update my existing app in the play store.

@appyet: Please reset the blocking so that I can create a V3 app with which I then can update my play store app:

actually it was deleted by me acidently
