im new to this and want to create a tracker for work to track the time / problems I have at a machine
can anyone help me / point me in the right direction can it be linked to a computer ?
is there something like this out already I could change around for our needs ?

Hey!

Unfortunately, I'm afraid that this project would be too complicated to build with AppYet. As far as I know, this is not possible with AppYet.

I suggest you using another tool...
