Issue My app is giving a Signature error on Google Play

Hello, my application called Netioda gives a signature error on Google Play. I had previously applied to change the signature, but I gave up and now I have problems because the signature is different. Can you send me the signature file for my Netioda application? When I send that file to Google, Google changes the signature.
