Interstitial Ad Frequency:Minutes of interval for Interstitial Ad is displayed

What does this means ?

I have set it as 2.

So does this means that after every 2 min, 1 Interstitial ad will be shown ?

Its quite confusing to me.

yes thats what it means. an interstitial will show every two minutes. Also it will only show when user is changing views. But its better to set it higher like 10 minutes or more so that it doesn't annoy the users.

So for example, if set to 10 minutes and user only uses for 5 minutes, it doesn't show up but will continue to count the minutes from when next the user opens the app.
