images in rss feed (wordpress)

pls help!
i need the images in my rss feed to display, this include the featured images.
i read a few threads on this help and support forum and noticed that i need a plugin for the images to show in the feed. and i got a plugin for that purpose.
now i need the minimum width and height in the appyet rss feed setting to render the images properly. i.e dimensions (200x100 etc)

I created an online store of my handmade cosmetics on WordPress and wanted to make an app to upload images of new products there so that my customers would be able to order products in a few clicks. I thought it would work better than just a website, and I was struggling with rss feed too. At some point, I gave up this idea because it was too hard to manage and I'm not a professional web designer at all. Instead, I found on https://stylemixthemes.com/consulting/ WP consultants and hired them to create a unique WP theme.
