HELP!

I wanted to create an app that would help me get the word out about my wrestling news & music show & it's Facebook page, so I did a search, looking for something that'd let me do so {for free, hopefully!} & I found this site. The main page said that it would be quick & easy - I could type in everything I needed, no problem. Except. . .

I don't know if I just don't know all the lingo, or if I'm not clicking the right tab to see where I'm supposed to input URLs for my feed... but I clearly need some assistance! Clicking "Help" brought me here, so here I am! Any & all assistance would be greatly appreciated!

For feeds, create a feed module and enter the feed url
For Podcast (music shows) create a podcast module and enter the feed url
For facebook go to fbrss.com create an account, connect it to your pages, create feed module, enter the fbprss feen url.
