If there is an Update for your App then just Publish a Post on your Blog/Site...

Users will see it and will get notified easilyy...
Delete the post after a particular time if you wish....

nice idea but i wish for some kind of notification popup of push notices

and can you help me to install gcm (google cloud messaging) in my app. when i google it there is something to edit "android manifest" i don't know how to find it in appyet

Push Notification is currently not supported in AppYet...

Till then you can Use my Method also...
