Appeal to google. Most probably they'll reinstate your app. As far as i know, that message from google mentions about your app silently installing apks without user's knowledge or you updating your google play app directly by using apk and not via google play. I don't think any such thing exists in appyet. But I'm not sure about the ad networks inside the app doing this or not. Anyway, appeal and chances are that you'll get it back.
