about notification sounds

hi , i have made app with appyet to get feed form my blog when and topic is live there is no notification sounds, know i can change it on the setting,

i'm asking to make it working on the app when installing it and my user get notification sound when the new topic is live,
no the default is notification sound is off i need to make it on by default

any help thanks
