Ok i add second app and now google accept! but without ads! i think the ad is the problem!

Hi, id add my app to playstore but he dont accept it! he say: Apps that cause users to download or install applications from unknown sources outside of Google Play are prohibited. but this is only a rss feed! what i can now make?
