Urgent Help Need : RSS feed not working properly

I am using worpress with w3 total cache my rss feed showing "continued reading" link in app and images are disappeared this happening often .

my new post reflecting after 2 3 hours in App after using w3 total cache if i deactivate this my VPS CPU consumption constant on 90 %
how to fix this issue...some time no featured image shows in app ...

your issue is very simple.

1- Showing FULL text and feature image on WP RSS feed, follow this tutorial

2- Reduce server CPU consumption by moving your generated RSS feed to another caching server. www.feed.press can do this for you for only $5 / month.

Yes feedburner will work, YouMobile is using an open source platform and large scale VPS.
We also uses feed.press http://feedpress.me/YouMobileSub to handle our feeds
And Cloudflare as our DNS and CDN
