Hi, I have problems uploading the apk to google play. The error message says that the apk is not verified by the zipalign-tool.

I tried it with 2 different apps. Anyone with the same problem?

Thanks!
Daniel

Hi, I tried the zipalign tool from xda. It was working and I could upload the aligned apk.

please confirm if you have modify the apk file, before you get the error message. if you don't modify the apk file, you should not need to zipalign the apk.

i mean after you received it by email. what is your email address? if you don't change apk, it should upload fine (I have just build a test apk from appyet.com, and upload to Google Play, it works fine. we use Gmail), if you don't use gmail, try gmail to see if you get same problem. We know yahoo mail cause problem before.

I always use Gmail. Tried it with Inbox (also Google) that caused errors by downloading apk from the mail. So I use the Gmail Client for Android.

But I also forwarded the mail to another exchange mail account with symantec endpoint protection, spam filters and proxy. I will try it at home again on another computer with Gmail Web client.

yes, please try it at home where there are no antivirus or etc.

If anyone else have same issue, please let us know ASAP

I just built a new APK for my App and submitted it to Google Play now... Didn't get any errors at all. The problem is from his end, not from appyet app builder.

I tried uploading apk on Samsung apps and I got the error saying: AndroidManifest.xml file is not valid. Please make sure that Android:VersionCode is not missing

I have not edited the apk after building from appyet.com
Please fix this issue

Are you able to upload same apk to Google Play?

Are you able to upload same apk to Google Play?
Yes
Edit: I tried uploading earlier version of same apk on Google play and it was working fine.
I haven't tried to upload this latest apk built just now for Samsung apps because I don't want to put this version on google play.
