Settings (Auto cleanup read & Auto cleanup unread)without clearing the (Media List)

In Settings / (Auto cleanup read & Auto cleanup unread) may want to re-enable the option to prevent the Module in(Media List) from being deleted from the module.Please advise how to do this without clearing the (Media List).
It was available in previous versions, But it is not available in the latest version.
Please kingly restore
