Problem on uploading app to Amazon App Store

When i upload app to amazon app store, it shows errror

does not install on Kindle Fire. This app requires a higher Android SDK version than what is currently used to develop for Kindle Fire. Kindle Fire uses Android 2.3.4 - API Level 10.

Steps to reproduce
1. Install the app.
2. App throws error message – Parse Error.
3. Check the Android version required for the app under Technical Details on the app purchase page.
4. App requires Android version greater than 2.3.

I wouldnt waste my time with Amazon app store. their app submission process is ridiculous. Always gives me trouble, and their support is terrible.
I suggest you put it on the google play store instead.
