Places to visit Albuquerque

I'm planning to go to the Albuquerque Balloon Festival in October, but I don't know anything about the city. Maybe someone from the forum has been there and can tell me where to go?

When I came here for the first time, I had no expectations about this city, but to my great surprise, there are many interesting things here, especially the Spanish atmosphere. I was just passing through, only for a day, and found an article about places to visit Albuquerque on getexperience. There are recommendations for architectural landmarks, museums, and places to eat. Of the architectural landmarks, I really liked the San Felipe de Neri Church, and opposite it there is a Mexican food restaurant. And be sure to take a ride on the Sandia Peak tram, which offers a beautiful view of Albuquerque.

When people talk about places to visit around Albuquerque, it always reminds me how tricky trip planning can get—especially if you’re trying to compare deals, packages, or agencies without getting overwhelmed. I’ve had my fair share of trial-and-error with different travel services, and checking real user feedback has saved me more than once. While sorting out a past trip, I stumbled across some Holiday Systems International Reviews and it actually helped me set realistic expectations before booking anything. It’s funny how a bit of honest insight from other travelers can make planning feel way less chaotic and a lot more doable.

I’ve never been to Albuquerque during the Balloon Festival, but it’s definitely on my bucket list. From what I’ve heard, Old Town is a great place to explore if you want a mix of local culture, shops, and food. A couple of friends also recommended checking out the Sandia Peak Tramway for some really amazing views.

I’m also curious to hear what others suggest. Always good to get tips from people who’ve actually been there!
