Mapbox issues and improvements

Hello @appyet.

Now I've been testing the module MapBox with a map of my own, and the truth is that it has to improve a lot.

First, I put the link to the map so they can see how it is really from the computer.

Well, now I explain what's wrong.

Firstly, the markers do not show the same color. Originally they are orange in the application are always black. With lines it's equal.

Second, when you edit the map, there is an option to mark the default view. Well, it does not work in the application. In the application, when I open the map, always looks the same view on the map.

Third, in the title bar, put a menu with the following options: zoom in, zoom out and copy map link (the latter option, it would be nice it can be disabled if the developer wants, via AppYet web)
Finally, if possible, would enable an option in the web to allow the application developer, to activate the GPS and map displays the point where the person is located.

Necessary permissions:
Code:
<uses-permission android:name="android.permission.ACCESS_COARSE_LOCATION" />
<uses-permission android:name="android.permission.ACCESS_FINE_LOCATION" />
<uses-permission android:name="android.permission.ACCESS_WIFI_STATE" />

As a web module, it always open the same link. How can any edit on the map be saved? Try to open the url link on your phone using the default browser. That browser is the same browser that will be used but I find that some page loaded on the phone using chrome will appear different to the default browser. There is nothing much we can do when it appear different.

Appyet have done the permission on their test app. The app with the map box module. It's only not yet release.

@appyet I do not know why always I put MapBox, because is incorrect, the correct name is Mapbox. Please change in the Appyet web

@appyet If it can be fixed in the next version, I'd appreciate it. :D

I would also ask you to take advantage of the next version, which I think coming out soon because the users are reporting many problems with the current version, to fix some problems listed: https://forum.appyet.com/index.php?threads/appyet-3-x-requested-features-list.27/

The following would be good: implement the links of the application (http://forum.appyet.com/index.php?threads/app-linking.77/), the problem with the menus and backgrounds (light and dark colors, now always it looks dark) and support with Android Wear (notifications). And update the icons of the configuration page... :mad:;)

Thank You! :)

I have tried to place map box with some marking on the map like this but the module loads the whole world instead

This is how it looks from map box module on loading. Not zoom in and wrong marking type.

This is loaded from web module and it looks much better from the web module with the correct marking. I'll prefer to just load the web module as it looks much neater.

@appyet, improve the problems!

The module is still in beta and need more work done. There are so many request from you and you expect appyet to get things done immediately?
beta module waiting working to be done vs web module ready to use? Logical thing is do what is there that you need and can be use.

Why not share what is your idea to use the map? What is your app? Do share your link. I'll download it. :)
