Long time to build an update

Sorry, but why the app is pending for an hour today?

due to a lot of people are upgrading their app. currently have around 200 apps in the queue. every app take about 30 secs to build. it add up to over one hour. i would suggest you click on submit as soon as you start working on the app, at least you start queuing up your app. you can still work on the app before it is building

yes. since we have released v3.1. give it couple weeks, as more and more people finish upgrading to latest version. this long queuing problem should go aways.
