Can I add a playlist YouTube and RSS for the specified list

Have you tried to add "Feed (RSS/Atom) module" with this :

https://gdata.youtube.com/feeds/api/playlists/PLqac99jDQL-otNaS89ttA1USH30gLRmg3

replace PLqac99jDQL-otNaS89ttA1USH30gLRmg3 by your PLAYLIST ID

and then create a new module
