I can't upload photos by adding my website to the web module in the apk created by appyet. How can I upload photos?

I made an apk from the appyet website .

After adding my website to the appyet web module, I can't upload photos from that web module.

It seems that runtime request permission is required. How can I add runtime request permission from the appyet website? Please help. Thank you.I don't have a Google Play Console account, so I can't upload the APK to the Play Store.
