Huge Bug within the App

one of my user found an annoying bug within the Application. If you open one menue point and you hit the "Back" key on the phone,- the app is getting closed instead of redirecting back.

I can confirm this Bug, checked it out.

Has been reported before and appyet said that it will consider it in future releases.
