How can we get those tabs?
Try using web module to create those apps....
Eg: I you want to create a tab for "Free Recharge/Free Call", then find a website which provides Free Recharge/Free Call and then embed the website in the app using web module..........

Creating an app involves careful planning, choosing the right tools, and understanding user needs. In the AppYet forum, users discuss tips and resources to build functional and engaging apps without extensive coding knowledge. Alongside app development, managing communication effectively is vital - especially for businesses handling important documents. Using the best online fax service can streamline sending and receiving faxes digitally, eliminating the need for physical machines. Websites like https://comfax.com/reviews/best-online-fax-services/ provide detailed reviews to help you find the most reliable and user-friendly fax solutions. Combining app development skills with smart communication tools ensures a smoother workflow and better user experience.

Creating an app like this can seem challenging, but platforms like AppYet make the process much easier. If you’re aiming to build something similar to https://wellness-app.com/, focusing on user-friendly design and useful features is key. One popular function in wellness apps is a fasting timer app, which helps users track their fasting periods conveniently. By integrating a fasting timer app into your creation, you cater to the growing community interested in intermittent fasting and healthy living. Using AppYet’s tools, you can customize your app to include this feature without needing advanced coding skills. Overall, combining inspiration from with a fasting timer app feature can make your app stand out in the wellness category.
