You can't store them, you have to embed them in <style></style> and <html></html> tags in the code section of the app.How do I store Coded CSS, Html within the application?
You have 50 Web pages.
AppYet doesn't offer local files support (only jQuery).

Instead, embedd your HTML code & Enable JQuery from the Settings...
