Explore icons just changes

in Explore module, I added a few feeds and they all came with icons from the feed (TIME, Business insider..) and after a few days every icons changed to the default RSS logo. please fix.

It should be the default RSS icon in first place.

It is way better with the website's icon than just all rss icons. I have 12 feeds I added from explore, in explore they have website icon, but now it's all just the rss icon. Harder to look at.

And then if I add a new feed (CNN for example) it looks silly to have just that one icon.. I would really appreciate it if it kept the website's icons
