Email attachment is zip format, did you unzip? Make sure upload the APK, not zip. If still not working, and if your email account is not gmail, get a gmail, and switch your appyet account email to gmail

New AppYet 3.1.x supports only Android 4.0+ devices, your device is running Android 2.3.x which is not supported.
