After deleting all the Topics in the application the size of the cache is increased and the size of the application becomes larger than it was before deletion

There's no need to worry about Install Referrer API, No one uses it except Firebase, I guess which will be fixed by them.

This release contains major crash bug fix, and support libraries upgrades. Please test it and report back any issues. Also, please test it thoroughly before publishing your app to your end users.
