Lately I’ve been toying with the idea of running a low-dose GH protocol long-term — like 2–3 IU a day just for general support. Not blasting, not cycling, just a steady base to help with recovery, body comp, maybe even sleep and skin.I’m mid-30s, train consistently, no major health issues. I’ve done short GH runs before during cycles, but never kept it going past 8–10 weeks. Curious if anyone here’s had experience keeping it going longer — benefits, side effects, anything unexpected?
