Anyone Tried Running Low-Dose GH Long-Term?

Lately I’ve been toying with the idea of running a low-dose GH protocol long-term — like 2–3 IU a day just for general support. Not blasting, not cycling, just a steady base to help with recovery, body comp, maybe even sleep and skin.I’m mid-30s, train consistently, no major health issues. I’ve done short GH runs before during cycles, but never kept it going past 8–10 weeks. Curious if anyone here’s had experience keeping it going longer — benefits, side effects, anything unexpected?

Yeah, I’ve been running a low-dose GH routine for just over 6 months now — 3 IU every morning, and honestly, I don’t see myself stopping anytime soon. Way smoother joints, my body composition’s gradually improved without changing training or diet, and the biggest one for me — no more waking up groggy.I’ve been using Zptropin, and it’s been consistent, no weird pressure headaches or water retention either, which I had with other kits before. I always order from here Zptropin 320 IU https://www.ecbt.org/product/zptropin-320-iu-usa-domestic/ .
Reliable shipping and the quality's been spot-on every time.

Appreciate you sharing that— exactly the kind of feedback I was hoping for. Good to know you saw benefits without going overboard on the dose. I’m not aiming for anything drastic either, just hoping for steady recovery and maybe better sleep over time. Definitely going to keep bloods in check like you mentioned. Cheers for the insight!
