    did u get ban from google play console? From my experience, create a privacy policy for all your apps may fix the problem.

    Unable to turn off settings for interstitial ads

    It cant be turn off for now. Or you can set longer frequency here. Go to your admob account > Select the Interstitial Ad unit > Configure ad unit settings > Advance Setting > Set ads showing freq.

    Youtube alrready give warning many times, we cannot run youtube video in apps if u have AdMob enabled.
